Whether you run a fast-food franchise or a family-owned diner, Northstar can make sure your restaurant is designed and built up to code and up to your customers’ expectations. Take a look at some of the restaurant remodeling projects we’ve completed for our food industry clients.
Saladworks was a food court conversion project in Valley Mall. The owners had requested Northstar and several other contractors to provide a competitive bid on the drawings produced by their architect for the conversion of an existing facility into this national franchise. All of the bids that the owners received had exceeded their proposed budget based on the architect’s drawings. We looked beyond the drawings and had submitted an alternate proposal based upon a layout and plan that would allow reuse of key components of the existing facility and deliver a suitable facility below the owner’s budget.
Casual Gourmet is an innovative facility that combines a coffee shop, a deli and a food/cookware store. This project was the owners’ first venture into the food service/retail construction, and Northstar worked closely with their architect to insure that both architect’s and Owner’s visions could be achieved within the parameters of their business plan. This included material substitutions and mechanical and electrical redesigns to provide cost savings to the owner.
